Short Biography
I’m very happy working with Amazing Grace Health Cares. As A residential group home manager, i’m responsible for the daily management of residence in which children or patients are placed for care. Regardless of the focus of the home, my duties as a group home manager is to supervise the staff and ensure quality care for the residents. I recruit and hire staff members, schedule program activities for the residents, and supervise development or recovery of the residents.

- Collaborated directly with treating psychiatrist on individual service plans for each resident
- Conducted weekly and quarterly individual service plan reviews for resident development and rehabilitation
- Coordinated staff meetings, hiring, write-ups, and terminations
- On-call 24/7 for emergencies and psychiatric hospitalizations
