Our unique approach is to create a safe, active and healthy environment that is rich in community interaction and family involvement. Why choose our institute for your relatives ?
Amazing Grace Healthcare is your best residential care facilities or group homes. Provide Residents with their own private Rooms, and Expert Nurse(DSP). Their Residents receive personal care, and meals, and have staff(DSP) available around the clock. Their goal is to make your life better.
Is transportation available?
Yes Transportation is available. Amazing Grace Healthcare provide Van to their staff, to assist their client with transportation to ride in the community, ride to the doctor appointment, ride to the parks.
What is in your neighborhood that your residents enjoy?
Our community is located in a neighborhood with lots of opportunities for residents to fill their time. We’re situated near a park, an elementary school, stores, places to pickup groceries and other shopping.
We have a Habitat for Humanity within 5 mins walking distance which makes for great volunteer opportunities. We also have a Dutch Bros close-by, where residents can get their coffee on (or hot chocolate).
We’re a short drive from lots of stunning, accessible nature trails, Vancouver’s brand-new riverfront walk, seasonal pumpkin patches, star gazing opportunities, and we’re across the river from Portland, Oregon, where we can catch a Blazer’s game or take in the sights.
Our area was specifically chosen for safety, opportunities to get out and out, suitable employers an places to volunteer, and space to generally live a fulfilling life with accessible entertainment and essentials.
What ages are your current residents?
Our current residents range in age from 21-75. We’ve found that this creates space for wonderful friendships of all ages. This wide age range also means our residents have a variety of interests to accommodate.
Our Life Enrichment Manager and team take time with each resident to understand what their passions are for day-to-day activities as well as outings and job placements. This helps support independence and maintain the sense of community we set out to create when we first opened our doors in 2019.
